CMacSpeaks is a website created by Cristie McClain, an experienced educator, homemaker, former homeschool teacher, school administrator, and current doctoral student in Curriculum and Instruction at NOVA Southeastern University. This platform shares the thoughts, and opinions of the author in the field of education with the goal of improving educational and instructional learning experiences for diverse populations of students all over the world. About Me
As an educator of more than twenty years, I have taught and worked at the primary and middle school levels as a teacher, and head administrator children from diverse economic and ethnic communities. Having worked as a private school head of school and public school administrator, I have had success in implementing comprehensive academic programs and transformative school culture philosophies. Philosophies such as Leader in Me, TRIBES TLC and professional learning communities are all approaches I have implemented with various staff and co-leaders to assist students, teachers, and families experience academic success that has equipped students at these schools 21st-century skills.
My passion, caring disposition, knowledge of working with diverse populations, instructional and learning expertise, and listening abilities are keys I use to successfully coach and support others. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you as a future partner.
